We provide this "grab-and-go" sized retail package in the hopes that Americans can bring a true southern Italian experience to their family table. Our 100-year-old family recipe contains only the finest family-farmed Berkshire pork, Calabrian chilies, salt, and traditional probiotic cultures.

We purposely make this product slightly softer than our Orba, allowing it to be easily spread or portioned directly from the refrigerator. However, refrigeration is not necessary, as Nduja can be safely stored at or even above room temperature, just as it is done in Calabria. Each pack contains 6 ounces of this delectable product.
